HOW TO REACH THE APARTMENTS TTE
Reception of customers and remittance of keys
The reception for all the apartments in our programs takes place at the reception of the residence
"El Menzel" in the locality Lido di Capoliveri. The address is the following:

Road indications
From Portoferraio follow the provincial road in direction Capoliveri/Porto Azzurro (14 kms approx.). Approx. 2 km after passing the road junction to Lacona on your right hand side take the road on your right in direction of Hotel Antares (immediately after Hotel Casanova). Outside our parking lot there a two signs: T.T.E. and Talas Diving.
From Porto Azzurro follow the provincial road in direction Portoferraio, after approx. 3 km turn left in direction of Hotel Antares (before the Hotel Casanova). Outside our parking lot there a two signs: T.T.E. and Talas
Diving.
Incoming and outgoing hours
Check in and check out time Check in time is normally Saturday at 5 pm (17.00) and check out time is Saturday no later than 10 am (10.00). The reception at Residence El Menzel is open on Saturdays from 3 pm (15.00) to 7.30 pm (19.30), from Monday to Friday the opening hours are from 10 am (10.00) to 12 am (12.00) and from 3 pm (15.00) to 7 pm (19.00).
Arrivals outside opening hours should be reported to the reception at residence El Menzel tel. 0565.933482.
The keys will be handed over to the customers at the reception of the residence El Menzel after registration of the documents, the payment of all different extras (linen, craddle, TV,... which should be reserved in any case before the arrival) and the payment of the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded to the customer before his departure. If the customer is not available, the refund will be done through post.
Animals
Animals are only accepted on request and after confirmation by the direction.

For any need concerning the rented apartment please contact the office at the following number: 0565.940227, between 10 am (10.00) and 12 am (12:00) and between 3 pm (15.00) and 7 pm (19.00). Outside these hours we would like to ask you to leave a clear message on our answering machine, with your name, phone number and the number, name and location of the rented apartment.
